[modeleng] Re: GNR/LNER coaching stock

Hi Alan,

The Severn Valley Railway has a great website that includes
descriptions and photos of its stock, including LNER carriages:

http://www.magjal.freeserve.co.uk/

And the NYMR has an LNER Coach Association that lists the details of
photos of LNER coaching stock held by the NRM at York, though not the
actual photos themselves. Presumably one could order repros of the pix
from the NRM:

http://www.well-hill.demon.co.uk/lnerca/resources/nrm-photocat.html

You might be able to write the Association for more info.

And you must already know this LNER site:

http://www.lner.info/index.shtml

Great resource for loco info, but also references for other stuff too.

Good luck!
Bede
