[modeleng] Re: Engineerium/Trevithick

Hi Alan and All,

Yes the Trevithic run was back on and I went yesterday. Now however they do
not allow it to run up the High Street which was the traditional run as
owing to the crowds the Police declared it a hazard.
It is now routed round the back streets of Camborne and comes back to a
little bit of the High Street up the hill which Trevithick's machine made
it's original run. Mind you they call it a hill but it is more of a slope
really.
The Trevithic replica did not run but was on what looked like a specially
built low loader.
It must be one of the best free steam shows in the country.
I do have a few photos but as this site does not allow photos I can't post
them.

Regards

Clif
