Do you mean real enamel, which is a form of glass, or enamel paint, which is 
a form of gloss? If it is the glass like enamel, as Al asked, try Manchester 
Minerals for a start. They supply many lapidary and general home jewellery 
products. Even if they do not carry exactly what you want. Their web site is
