Hi Rich, and all,

I was also told the process is similar to the lid jamming on a bottle of
Baileys. Unfortunately, the statement cannot be verified because the Baileys
does not last long enough for the bottle to be re-sealed!!!

Regards,
Myke

snip.

The same person told me that it is the same process which caused the lid
to jam on a bottle of Baileys and that heating by running under a warm tap
also acts to free this.
