     I'm not sure how much stock I'd put in restorations anyway, who knows
who made the decision on which way round to install the wheel.  Maybe
someone who thought it looked prettier that way.  :-o    It's a bit like
jamb nuts . . . . . everyone knows which goes on top, right?  :-)
