[modeleng] Re: Curved spokes

Yo AJ, in normal running the outer end of the spoke ran forward ('C' open in
the direction of travel) on a wheel with simple curves. The main reason
being that this way puts the spoke under compression. Similarly, a driven
wheel with curved spokes has the outer ends trailing.
