[modeleng] Re: Claymills

Hi Cliff

I don't recall Dave Potter by name but I may know him by sight - does he
ride motorcycles? I remember a chap arranging for us to be given a lot of
coal - one saturday I accompanied some members to a scholl not too far
from Claymills to fill some 1 tonne bags for onward delivery by another
member with a flatbed & Hiab - very useful bit of kit.

I regret to not going to one of the running nights however I had heard of
them and the incident to whih you refer, Derek Goodman & Steve recounted
the episode in detail.

Adrian.
