[modeleng] Chester Eagle 25 Miller (RF25)

Hi All
Was quite happy working on my miller when I started to get a vibration from  
the spindle,
I've now stripped it down and the spindle bearings are not very good, I can  
get new ones nextweek, but what should the pre-load be on the top taper  
bearing,
Also should there be a dusk cover/seal under the bottom bearing as when you  
look at it swaf can get up into the bottom bearing.
