Have a go at it Cliff. You may be on the verge of coming up
with something very useful to our hobby.

Wouldn't take much to hold the ceramic discs together if the valve was made
so steam pressure would supply the necessary force. A light stainless
spring could hold them together till steam pressure could take over. Sounds
plausible to me. What is the brand name of these ceramic faucet valves?
The revolution may already be here!!
