That should only be needed if you are runnng on a network.

Perhaps there is a "preferences set up" or similar that needs to have the 
right item ticked.

Thanks for the link John, even if you didn't mention the 82MB download which
I had to do TWICE as I didn't sign up first .... <sigh> In the meantime,
having signed up, logged in, re-downloaded and re-installed all of those
82MB, I still cannot get the dratted thing to run as I apparently need an
Ethernet card to be able to register it first. Did you have problems with
Ethernet cards, or a lack thereof, please, and if so, how did you overcome
them?
