Harry,
I reckon that most of us suffer from the "too much month left at the end of
the money" syndrome, at some time.
It sounds as if you have had a chance to get a good look round part of the
UK, and meet some interesting people.
We'll have to see if we can meet up on your next visit.

Alan,
I'd intended to visit again since my last one but minor details lack
of recreational funds seem to stand in the way. Donington is the only show
I've visited as it has worked out that my last visits to the UK were all in
October, after airfares went "off-season".

I've met several familiar names on my visits, Nev Boulton, Barry
Harrison and Peter Ellis from the old list, various SMEE members, Barry
Hares, Chris Deith, John Crisp formerly of Reeves, and Peter Cotes and
Tracy of Tracy Tools, and a few others. I was generally based in the west,
Devon and Wilts and spent a few days with Nev, and Peter Ellis and I
managed a couple of days flogging about the countryside in Devon and
Cornwall and a couple of nights of carousing about the West End of London.
I hope to get over again before long.
