Mate,
You should know by now that I was only pulling your leg about the book
price. I know you have nothing to do with the price.
Seriously though.... How do you get paid for your book? Is it per copy sold?
An upfront amount for X number of books, and the same amunt per printing? I
have no idea how it works, so your first hand knowledge is the best I'll
get.
