I don't know about other railroads, but the Durango and Silverton has
holding tanks in all of their passenger coaches. No more dumping on the
ground along the tracks and I bet the track gangs appreciate that ! Well
the carknockers probably do too, since the WC is usually located right over
the trucks and they have to work on them.
