[modeleng] Re: Barely on-topic as it is quiet

Hi All,

My first introduction to the wonders of the internet years ago were the
antics of some Americans who had some sort of competition on who could get a
BBQ consisting of half a 45 Gallon steel oil drum full of Charcoal laying on
it's side up to full heat the quickest.
The winners at the time held the record of something like 30secs.
The technique as I remember consisted of a very long pole, a bucket of
liquid Oxygen and a lighted cigarette butt.
The photos which at the time were only black and white were something to
behold, especially the blinding flash.

Not to be recommended for the faint hearted.

Regards

Clif
