Harry, I cannot remember WHERE it was, but awhile back
I was in a hardware store and saw a little cardboard
box full of replacement flashlight lenses setting on
the counter.  You may want to try Hart Hardware in
Belle Meade or the Bass Pro Shop at Opryland.
