Yeah Harry, that Chinaman story has been going around for a while now - it
probably rates as an urban myth as by all (reliable) reports China is pretty
strapped for cash & I'd suspect they are focusing more on using their own
resources.

As a pretty consistent buyer of scrap, I don't pay much more now for my
'materials' than I did 8 or 10 years ago.
