[modeleng] Re: Alzheimer's & Aluminum

I don't know but that we've done Alzheimer's to death on a group talking
about ostensibly about ME (and not the yuppy flu variant).

I work for one of the world's largest pharma companies and most of the
inventions that company makes pass over my desk.

I can say that so far as I am personally aware the causes of that
particularly disgusting disease (I hope to be shot by a jealous lover at the
age of 108) are not yet understood and that a commercially available
complete cure treatment is not imminent. I might also say that I suspect
that it is a high priority disease for many pharma companies.

Stainless thermal conductivity is 1/3 that of steel (which is why it is a
very good material for boiler fittings spindles) and even less than that of
Al. Stainless pans are available with copper base or with Al sandwiched
between thin stainless sheets
