I see thatyou still cannot spell correctly after all these years Jesse, 
perhaps Auntie Fern was too late withthe stainless steel pots .... <bad 
joke, sorry>. I live in the "Golden triangle" of rhubarb growing in the UK, 
and as it was always one of the staple "puddings", I blame the oxalic acid 
in it for causing many of my family's health problems. My mother's ALUMINIUM 
pans were badly pitted and it had to go somewhere! When she died (due to 
dementia), I threw the pans away, rather than risk using them for lead 
melting. Whilst I am using a steel saucepan at the monent, I would prefer to 
use cast iron though.
