[modeleng] A word in favour of ME

The text of (or a citation to) this proposed Directive would be useful.

But can I put in a word for ME. It does survive on the input of model
engineers. This group surely has enough expertise (and - from the amount of OT
- literary skills) to write articles for those of us who haven't spent a
lifetime with lathe and milling machine.

I also believe they pay for articles.
