Peter,
I would suggest that you contact each of the bidders on his auction sites
and advise them of what has happened. I think you will get a result from the
person if you harras his intended buyers enough.
Check out the profile of joewiles8 an you will see tha there is another
joewiles? who has not been a member for long. It may be the same fellow
using a different name.
I used the same technique some time back now with a seller who had given me
some problems. I soon got a reply.
