    When I began my 2X Tich I had no standard resource to consult so I
averaged several published designs and rounding came up with 8.5" centers
but because my Tich has slightly larger than usual drivers the buffer
height came out to 5.7"  That will have to do . . . . how many other
buffers will I have to mate up with over here.
