No idea. Haven't tried it yet. There is a demo, though.

Subject: [MoAccess] Waveform editor

I haven't seen much discussion here about John Melas's waveform editor. I think
that many must think that it is only for creating voices from scratch.
It is a librarian tool that I think can really help some of you out. Its big
featur is that it can read and write voices (including their samples) from X0A
and X0V files.

Making a custom set of Motif sample-based voices has always been a pain in the
ass for a blind guy. You gotta be on the Motif, load them one at a time, then
save the all file back out. You also gotta worry about duplicate samples.

With John's editor, you can open your all file on the computer, open up
individual voice banks that you've purchased, and copy just the voices that you
want in to your all file, including their samples. Then, just load that all
file in to the Motif. So, problem solved.

This is really cool with the XF, since this type of program would let you build
up a set of your favorite sample-based voices in an all file, and then you just
load all of that in to flash for permanent storage on the XF. So, in effect,
you're building a custom voice ROM for your Motif on the computer. Pretty cool.
