Hey Drizza! So can you say load a pattern file directly from an all pattter
file? It seem to be that this is what you said the DVD showed you how to do, if
so, can you outline what they said?
I'm just trying to figure out how to save a single pattern, didn't know
that was possible till I read it on those notes, and it makes sense, because
they have the choice to load a single pattern from the types, and on the motif
data disc, there are some sample single patterns.
So if I can save and reload single patterns, or extract a single pattern
from an all patter file, either of these would work for me!

what up djx! just now getting back to you! I checked out my other motif es
dvd that I have, which actually shows and tells how to load up an individual
pattern out of another pattern file! and from the maneuvering of that screen
on the pattern file type, that is some real tedious stuff when I attempted to
do it! I think probably the easiest way to go is take one of your all pattern
files that you mostly load up in pattern mode, then take those patterns and
load them into master mode, and after you load the patterns from that all
pattern file into master mode, then just load up another all pattern file into
the pattern mode, then load the other patterns from that into some more slots
in Master mode! so in a nutshell, take whatever patterns you gig from the most
in your different all pattern files, load them up into master mode, since you
have 64 master slots! Then save everything as an All file! So next time when
you're on a gig, just load up that All file and it will have all your main
patterns that you gig from loaded up in Master mode! Hope this helps a little
bit!

Hey try it out, see what you can find; I've tried it with no luck...
I'd use all pattern which work fine, but if I can save certain patterns
singley, and add them in later depending on what songs I'm playing/performing,
it'll be much easier. Right now I have to keep switching from one all pattern
file to the other just to find a certain patter that goes to a certain song...

I've never attempted that at all as long as I've had this keyboard! so
used to just loading or saving all song or all pattern file types! might have
to check into that though just to see! lol! yep!

Hey guys, I was reading on the accessibility notes or such, that you
can save a single pattern on the motif es, which is understandable since it has
an option to load a single pattern... According to what I read, you could save
a single pattern if you name it. I've tried this, but still can't save a single
pattern; has anybody successfully done/tried this? If so, what did you do? Not
sure if I'm missing a step somewhere or such. Any info or a point in the right
direction welcomed!
