Missbirders,
Today while working in Leflore County along the Tallahatchie River I
observed an early DICKCISSEL (SY) at the same spot I previously reported
the Couch's Kingbird. My first thought was that this was an early spring
migrant, but given that it's a young bird and there have been a handful of
winter records across the country, I wonder if this bird ever left.
