Ohhh, I forgot!!

If you change your project name you should add your own files for assembly
with

 -LR:lsd=yes:ft="fasta" or "fastq" -FN:fai=YOUR_DATA.fasta (if it is fasta)
or :fqi=YOUR_DATA.fastq (if it is in fastq format)
