[mira_talk] Re: sff_extract and ssaha2

Hi Shai,
I'm using sff_extract with SSAHA2 version 2.3 (ssaha2 -v), and it's working fine. What version of sff_extract are you using? The new one patched by Bastien (in http://www.chevreux.org/tmp/mira_3rdparty_05-05-2009.tar.bz2)?
