[mira_talk] sff_extract and ssaha2

I try to run :   sff_extract -o EG  -l linker.fasta  SRR001661.sff

And I got this:

 Working on 'SRR001661.sff':
Creating temporary sequences from reads in 'SRR001661.sff' ...  done.
Searching linker sequences with SSAHA2 (this may take a while) ...

An error occured during the SSAHA2 execution, aborting.

Can you  look at SSAHA2 site and wrote  what version to download?
