(fyi, when I tried to run this command without specifying the install 
directory, I got this message (because mira, the program, and a 
subdirectoryr named mira cannot be made in the same folder (bin) I think) :

Could not create /Users/Wannes/RNAseq/mira_4_9_6/bin/mira. Missing 
permissions?)

Could anyone help me out with this problem?

Turns out I didn't test the install script on OSX … aaaaaaaand of course there 
are differences which break it.

Until 4.9.7 (or 5.0) comes out, please find a corrected version of that script 
as attachment.
