[mira_talk] miraSearchESTSNPs aborts

Hi Bastien,
i've tried miraSearchESTSNPs with version 2.9.45 and i get a segmentation
fault early in step 1 :
Analysing hstat files:

So i've tried with previous version 2.9.44, step 1 runs without problem
but the process aborts at step 2 with following error :

Started with non-multicopy.
Any idea where the problem comes from ? Can you fix it ?
