[mira_talk] illumina transcriptome data

Hi All,
I am doing a trans assembly of 12 million illumina reads, the documentation for
mira seems to suggest the est mode is just for 454 data and i haven't found a
reference for illumina assembly with MIRA. Please guide me if there is a way to
assemble illumina transcriptome data using Mira.
