[mira_talk] hybrid assembly crashes - file not found

I think I've got at least a solution for my problem but don't know why:

Before I kept all my experiment files in one separate folder and the "files to 
assemble" contained the correct paths.
Now I started the assembly in the folder with the experiment files and 
everything seems to work fine ...

I can't explain why but maybe you could try something for further debbuging: 
Make a assembly of 1000 (or more) experiment files
that lie in another folder .... :-)
