good, thank you for this help Bastien.
i'm going to work on my servers which have different
architecture(see below) to compile mira-2.9.46 , then make test on.
So, I have to install libboost.*1.35-dev libboost.*1.35.0 to do this.
Then make test using a set of data(435000 454-Titanium reads),
i have already use this set of data with previous mira version 2.9.43.
I'll tell you for each machine(if compilation succeed) the elapsed time
i obtain to compute the set of data.
1°/ x86 servers

- Memory: 4GB RAM

While this would still not compile, I very much hope the configure script now
