Hi Jan,

as Lionel already pointed out: fix the XML by hand. While I have the the point 
"multiple input files per sequencing technology" on my TODO list, it's pretty 
low priority at the moment as I don't encounter this kind of problem all too 
often.

Should it become important for a few people I'll re-prioritize. Hope you're 
not too disappointed.
