Hi Jan,
So far as I know, it is only possible to input on set of data per data
type. Just fix the xml file by removing the last line of the first
file (</trace_volume>), and the first two of the second (<?xml
version...><trace_volume>).

Hi all,
Is it possible to have multiple file sets (fasta, qual & xml) in a
single assembly ?
The reason I need this, is that something went wrong with an
experiment, and thus half of the reads from a sff file contain a
primer at the start of the read and half doesn't.
I have already split the sff file in two, and used sff_extract to
generate two sets of files from the two sff files, so I now have two
sets of files that are both without primer.
I tried simple concatenation, but as you would expect, the XML parser
doesn't like it :-)
So, is it possible to add 2 sets to mira, or should I just fix the
XML ?
