[mira_talk] Segmentation fault

Hej,

Following my previous message, I tried to run mira again with slightly
different settings. I followed the advice that I was given when I got
the megahub, and tried to used -SK:mnr. When I run mira with these
settings, I get a segmentation fault with no warning at one point (from
the assembly log):

[...]
Building new contig 1
Localtime: Tue May 26 09:52:59 2009
Unused reads: 121451
[6435] +++++++++

And the program stops with a Segmentation fault (and no more
explanation).

Any suggestion?

PS: Bastien, I have copied the whole dir (BHUGA10NrSrM01) in my guest
folder, if you want to have a closer look to it.
