It is weird. Can you please say what you used as command line? And whether you
had quality data in separate fasta quality files?
my command is : mira -fasta -project=hyb
-job=denovo,est,normal,sanger,454 -highlyrepetitive -GE:not=4
I have quality files for both methods
An other question, what does lrc mean ?
It's from the current development a marker I forgot to remove. It says that
the contig was started with a highly repetitive repeat.
If I compare the lrc sequence and the c sequence, I see a big difference
at the start. The lrc sequence starts with a lot of M,W,Ks .... but
still I found some in c sequences.
Thnaks,
Emmanuelle
