[mira_talk] Sanger and 454 assembly de novo

Hello,
I have tried the de novo assembly with the highlyrepetitive option, but
still the result is weird :

I have a lot of W,K,Ms , does it mean that the reads involved in the
contig are too divergent ?
An other question, what does lrc mean ?
