Just a tiny little bit. I have the fear that some change made lately gobs up 
more RAM than expected in EST assemblies ... at least compared to previous 
versions. This can be something as trivial as a default parameter that changed, 
but it may also be something in the algorithms.

If it's not too much to ask: once the current job went through, can you please 
rerun the original command line and send the complete log? I'd like to have a 
look at it.
