OK, I looked at the log. You used 3.2.1 which has a bug in the memory
management: under some circumstances, the algorithm to constraint memory
consumption leads to increased memory needs in each round.
Your only option (apart getting the swap space enlarged, which you should do
anyway): use a newer version of MIRA. Releae candidate 3 of version 3.4 is out
fresh at SourcForge, should work for your data.
