If it isn't in the works, would it be possible to cooperate on the
implementation ?
In a lab we cooperate with, a student (MSc) started today to work on GPU
accelaration of bioinformatics software.
I would be more than willing to ask the students supervisor whether it would
be possible for that student to work on MIRA accelaration through GPU's.
