Ummm ... 42 million Solexas will definitively need more memory than just 1.5
GiB. Unlike Velvet, CLC and a couple of other assemblers, it's not de-Bruijn,
but a kind of OLC.
For your data I'm sorry to say that I would not want to run it below 64 GiB
RAM. At least.
