[mira_talk] Re: Fwd: ace file output from MIRA

Hi,

Here is the kind of tags that are created by MIRA in an ace file (c/c
from the ace file produced by convert_project):

CT{
BAnh1NrPeM03_c1 MIRA MIRA 1 5 020202:121212 NoTrans
Assembled with MIRA
}
CT{
BAnh1NrPeM03_c1 Fcon MIRA 27344 27344 020202:121212 NoTrans

}
CT{
BAnh1NrPeM03_c1 SRMc MIRA 27344 27344 020202:121212 NoTrans

}

and, for reads

RT{
FQCTYQX11GU0SJ SRMr MIRA 49 49 020202:121212
}
RT{
FQCTYQX11GU0SJ R454 MIRA 72 71 020202:121212
}

There is one single original tag that survived saving the assembly in
consed, and it's the very last one in the original file (actually, the
last lines of the file)(they are exactly the same in the two ace files,
before and after saving):
RT{
FLVI58L06HNPNQ.f SRMr MIRA 58 58 020202:121212
}

If I do create a contig tag, it yields
CT{
BAnh1NrPeM03_c1 MIRA consed 15 15 090513:143804
COMMENT{
Lionel was here
C}
}

or, if I don't enter a comment:
CT{
BAnh1NrPeM03_c1 MIRA consed 19 19 090513:145659
}

Strange, isn't it...

If I tag the reads (all reads at one position of a consensus, I can't
tag a single one because this is done in the trace view, which is not
available if there are no phd files), they don't survive saving either

Tell me if you want to see more experiments with these tags...

Cheers,

Lionel
