Looks like not a single contig got built, MIRA tried a few combinations but
nothing matched. Were these corrected PacBios?
The error itself comes from that fact that I did not test for not-existing
output files at the end of an assembly before launching the converter. Maybe
I'll find some time to test for that one day, but atm this is a rare enough
exceptional case.
