Yes, that's the bug I was writing of yesterday. Two ways out:
1) if you want to stay with the 3.4 line of MIRA, try replacing stretches >=3 N
in sequences by the equivalent amount of "X". I did not try this myself, but it
*should* stop the bug from being triggered.
2) I plan to release 3.9.1 either this or next week. My offer still stands: I
can quickly make a distribution package of my current development head for you
and there the bug is guaranteed to be gone.
