Dear all,

the new version 2.9.46 has just been put online for download: 
http://www.chevreux.org/mira_downloads.html

This version is destined to become MIRA 3 in a few weeks and comes with a fair 
number of improvements, tweaks and bug fixes in comparison to 2.9.43. The 
Solexa assembly primer has also been extended again, please give it a look if 
you're into Solexa.

Please report anything unusual.
