Giant-Sized Gaming
http://www.blinkenlights.de/arcade/games.en.html
In Europe, people are playing video games with their cell phones but with a BIG
difference. The key word there is "BIG". I know that some phones here use the
phone screen to do stuff with, like watch TV, play games or check out emails.
In Europe they can do that too but in addition, they can play classic video
games like Pong, Tetris, Pacman
and Breakout using the lights of high-rise buildings.
With Project Blinkenlights
<http://www.blinkenlights.de/arcade/games.en.html>, Europeans can play classic
video games on the sides of buildings with their cell phones. Why don't we have
that? Your screen in this case is approximately 3370
square-meters in size. In France, for example, you can connect to the
Biblioth=E8que nationale de France by dialing +33 (1) 44 24 73 50 and then
stand in front of the building to play a giant Tetris arcade game. The current
show will be interrupted and the text "TETRIS" announces that the game can
begin. Cool huh??!! With the key 4 and 6 on your keypad the elements can be
moved left and right respectively. With key 5 you can rotate the element
counter-clockwise. If you have found the desired position, you can drop the
element immediately by typing 8.

XPSP2 Soon to be Delivered Automatically
 http://news.zdnet.com/2100-3513_22-5590501.html

Microsoft is alerting customers that it will soon start delivering
Windows XP Service Pack 2 to all customers using Automatic Update,
whether they want it or not.

In response to requests from businesses, Microsoft last year released a tool
that allowed companies to continue using the automatic update feature but
temporarily block the security-oriented update from downloading.

However, the grace period comes to an end on April 12. Microsoft has
posted a warning on its Web site, alerting people about the impending deadline.

"Time is running out!" Microsoft said. "Please note that the mechanism to
temporarily disable delivery of Windows XP SP2 is only available for a period
of 240 days (eight months) from Aug. 16, 2004. At the end of this period (after
April 12, 2005), Windows XP SP2 will be delivered to all Windows XP and Windows
XP Service Pack 1 systems."

Using the Preview Pane in Outlook Express

Although the Outlook Express preview pane is very handy, in these days of
e-mail virus contamination, many users believe that it's safer to do without
the preview.
To turn off the preview pane, choose View|Layout.
When the dialog box opens, deselect the "Show preview pane" check box and click
OK.

Now, you can look at the "From" information and decide whether to open an
e-mail or just delete it.

HJT Hotkey freeware
http://hometown.aol.co.uk/jrmc137/HJTHotkey/

Provides easy access for analyzing HJT logs.
What is HJT Hotkey By Acsell
From:
http://forums.net-integration.net/index.php?s=0b4591fdf48dbf603a740aa833a51a31&showtopic=24566

HJTHotkey is designed to speed up the researching of items in a HijackThis log
once it has been posted onto a forum or from a log file. It will run in the
system tray and when a hotkey/shortcut key is pressed it will copy the word
that has been selected and automatically search for that word on Google,
sysinfo.org (startup items, Toolbars, BHO's), windowsstartup.com (startup
items), answersthatwork.com (processes)or one of the offline Startup, BHO, CWS
and Toolbar databases depending on the hotkey that is pressed.
There is also a tutorial available here which shows you how to analyse your own
log using HJTHotkey and manually:
