Double-Duty Bandwidth - How DSL Works
  http://computer.howstuffworks.com/dsl.htm
Digital subscriber line (DSL) technology transmits data over phone lines
without interfering with voice service. That means you can surf and speak at
the same time, and it's a whole lot faster than a standard phone modem.

Find out how DSL uses extra bandwidth to provide a fast Internet connection
without taking over your phone.

X-Setup Pro 6.5
http://www.x-setup.net/home.asp?lang=EN
Feel free to download X-Setup Pro 6.5 for free.
With multiple new plug-ins, especially for Office 2003, X-Setup Pro now
supports more then 1.600 settings.
Further plug-ins can be downloaded by the integrated automatic update.
X-Setup Pro is the most complete "hacker" ever available: nearly 1.500
hidden functions can be controlled with some simple button clicks (e.g.
Windows, Internet Explorer, Instant Messaging, Office, Explorer appearance,
Server options, Network settings, Security...)
By using an Explorer-like layout and the famous back and next buttons (you
already know from your Internet browser) navigation is very simple.
It's extremely easy to use: With wizards you can change your system in a
step-by-step process - that's as easy as A-B-C

Setting Up a Virtual Private Network
http://www.windowsdevcenter.com/lpt/a/4666
by Wei-Meng Lee, author of Windows XP Unwired

If you're out of the office and need to use a network resource such as a
printer or file server, you're often out of luck. Unless you dial directly
into the company's server, you won't be able to access network resources.
Moreover, using a dialup line is not a cheap alternative (besides the slow
speed), especially if you are overseas.

Your best bet is to use a Virtual Private Network (VPN), which allows you to
establish a secure, encrypted connection to the office's network, using a
public network such as the Internet. Using a VPN, you can work as though you
are connected to your company's network, no matter where you are in the
world.

Ouick Close
Want to shut down two or three open programs quickly, but leave the rest
running?

The fastest way to close multiple programs is to hold down the Ctrl key as
you click their buttons on the taskbar.
Then, right-click (still holding down the Ctrl key) one of those depressed
buttons and select Close from the resulting menu.

Note that you can also minimize, maximize, restore, cascade, or tile these
windows using this technique.

Just recently they began offering a revised menu to keep up with the current
low carb diet craze in the United States. Now the world's largest food
retailer is offering Wi-Fi access along with their burgers.

however no virus scanner is 100% effective as manufactures cannot keep up with
