Greenface the Virtual Reality demo
http://www.greenface.de/
Win 95/98/Me/2000/XP
Greenface the Virtual Reality is a puzzle maze game which mix elements from
Pac Man, BomberMan and BoulderDash, resulting a highly addictive game that
can bring even more fun than his predecessors. Featuring high quality 3D
rendered graphics and smooth playing greenface is a real challenge for every
brain on this planet, unarguably the best successor of the old games like
Supaplex and Dig Dug. To finish a level you have to collect all the
Infotrons needed, push around objects to make way, carefully place
explosives in the right places in order to blow out walls. But also, you
have to move fast in order to divert and avoid your enemies. The game
doesn't contain any violence, and it's suitable for Children ( who love to
play it for hours ) as well as adults. Either if you want to relax in a
break at the office, or make a nice gift to your grandson, this is a nice
option. And when it comes to puzzle lovers, this is a must have game.

FolderSizes 1.3
http://www.321download.com/LastFreeware/page2.html#FolderSizes
 OS: Win9x/Me/NT4/2000/XP
Windows does a poor job of showing you how your hard drive space is being
utilized.
Even using Explorer, just finding out how much space each folder consumes is
a chore!
FolderSizes shows how your drive space is being utilized visually.
FolderSizes can analyze individual folders or entire hard drives quickly and
efficiently, and show you the results in an intuitive way.

Link up with Internet Explorer

If you've configured Internet Explorer to display the Links toolbar by
choosing View | Toolbars | Links, you know that it
provides you with quick access to several of Microsoft's Web sites.
However, did you know that you could easily add links to your own favorite
Web sites to the Links toolbar?
Doing so is easy and you can either delete the existing links or simply add
your links to the Links toolbar.

When you're connected to your favorite site, simply drag the Web site's URL
from the Address box and drop it on the Links toolbar.
You can also display the Favorites menu and drag various Internet shortcuts
to the Links toolbar.

Mike's Friday Tip ~ Check Your Dial-Up Number

Not all of us have high speed internet access.

A scam which is sometimes used is by trojans or malicious programs is to
change the dial-up access number.
I have been made aware of a case in the UK where a computers dial-up access
number was changed to an off shore company with very high cost pre minute.
The unsuspecting computer owner received a bill in the Thousands! for one
month.

Check you dial-up number to confirm it is not changed, especially if you
start to experience a change in the normal routine. If you normaly work off
line and the computer keeps trying to dial-up, or if you normally disconnect
after sending and receiving and the computer attempts to connect without
your intervention be suspicious.

Antivirus software is a good choice to scan your system for possible viruses,
however no virus scanner is 100% effective as manufactures cannot keep up with
the rapid change of viruses that happens daily.
Be sure to update yours regularly.
