http://ntbugtraq.ntadvice.com/default.asp?sid=1&pid=47&aid=82
On this page you will find a listing of Software and Hardware Personal
Firewall products. To be listed on this page, a Personal Firewall Product
must meet the following criteria;
Must be for use for a single system, or, have a total cost (hardware and
software) under US$1500 for installations up to 100 users (including license
fees and any update costs for 1 year, but excluding hubs or switches
required to connect 100 users).
Must be currently available and supported by their Vendor, Author, or
Development Community with an associated web page.
Must allow for per protocol, and per service (port) rules definition inbound
and outbound, which is why Microsoft's ICF is not listed. NAT only does not
meet this criteria.
Must have logging capabilities.

Ordering Off the Menu

Note: This tip applies to Windows Me (Millennium Edition) and Windows XP.

After you've been using Windows Me/XP for a little while, it pulls a fast
one. That dastardly program thinks it knows you well enough to hide the menu
options that you haven't used for a while. To make Windows Me/XP show you
all of its menu options, click the two little downward arrows at the bottom
of the menu.
Windows immediately unveils all of the menu options.
