Change Character Case (word)
Press Shift+F3 when you have a selection highlighted to toggle case from
Title Case, UPPERCASE, and lowercase.
Press CTRL+SHIFT+K to change the sentence to all caps, but with larger caps
for words that are capitalized (you'll have to try this one to see it).

August 29, 2003 - According to an articlespublished by different
media, including the Sydney Morning Herald at
http://www.smh.com.au/articles/2003/08/29/1062050652666.html, the FBI has
identified a teenager as the author of the Blaster worm.
The 18-year-old, whose name and hometown have not been released, has been
accused of writing one version of Blaster, which spread rapidly across the
Internet last week. According to an FBI official, no further information
about the teenager will be disclosed until his arrest.
